Michael Weise
MANAGING DIRECTOR — PROJECT STRUCTURING & DELIVERY
Michael is a native of Dresden and a qualified civil engineer (Dipl.-Ing.), having completed his studies at Technische Universität Dresden.Since graduating, he has worked exclusively within the general contracting (GC) sector. An important stage of his professional career was his role as Project Manager at Gustav Epple Bauunternehmung GmbH, where he was responsible for construction and project management activities in commercial building construction over several years. Among the early projects he contributed to in a technical leadership capacity was the headquarters of SIXT SE.In the years that followed, Michael assumed additional senior leadership responsibilities in construction and project management, including positions as Managing Director and Technical Director. In these roles, he oversaw construction and real estate developments with a combined investment volume of approximately EUR 500 million. At greenwaves, Michael is responsible for project delivery, supporting construction projects from planning and execution through to successful completion.

Chris Effah
MANAGING DIRECTOR — BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PROJECT STRUCTURING
Chris is a lawyer by training who transitioned into the real estate and technology sectors in 2013. Since then, he has helped build and scale start-ups across Berlin, Frankfurt, and London, contributing to successful exits to companies such as Moody’s and MRI Software. Throughout his career, Chris has supported complex real estate transactions for leading institutional investors, including the sale of a pan-European shopping centre portfolio. He has also led teams responsible for introducing and implementing technological and process innovations within organisations such as Blackstone Real Estate, BayernLB, and Union Investment. At Greenwaves, Chris oversees business development, sales, and fundraising.

Evgenia Weise
FINANCE LEAD / PROJECT CONTROLLER
Evgenia holds a degree in Economics from the Technical University of Dresden, one of the leading universities in Europe for technology and applied sciences. Since 2012, she has gained experience in financial management and project controlling, including roles in construction cost control at LTG AG Lauenburgische Treuhand Group and freelance project controlling at SEERIA RENOVA. At Greenwaves, Evgenia is responsible for project controlling and financial oversight

Matthias Fiedler
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER BSE
Matthias is a qualified mechanical engineer (Dipl.-Ing.) who transitioned into building services engineering (BSE) in 1984. Since 1990, he has managed numerous BSE construction projects across Germany as part of overall project management, with a cumulative technical project volume of approximately €360 million. At Greenwaves, Matthias primarily oversees the execution of BSE projects.

Andreas Hardt
STRATEGIC PARTNER & SENIOR ADVISOR
Since 2001, Andreas has built a distinguished career in global real estate investment and asset management. He has held leadership roles such as Head of Germany at Oxford Properties Group, Blackstone PM Germany, and Valad Europe. Earlier in his career, he served in leadership positions at Goldman Sachs, Alpha Real Capital, and Deka Immobilien, managing multi-billion Euro real estate portfolios across Europe. In autumn 2025 Andreas has founded HardtRock Real Estate, a Berlin based Equity Placement and Transaction Advisory. At Greenwaves, Andreas acts as a Senior Advisor, supporting the team with strategic expertise in real estate investment, finance, and project structuring.

Sevgi Kaplan, PhD
SENIOR ADVISOR — STRATEGIC PLANNING & URBAN DEVELOPMENT
Sevgi Kaplan is an urban and regional planner with international experience since 2010 in strategic planning, sustainable development, and complex project management across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. She holds a PhD in City and Regional Planning and has held senior roles at the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) as well as at leading European development institutions.
