Michael Weise

Dipl. Ing. Michael holds a degree in civil engineering from the Technical University of Dresden, one of the global TOP100 universities in terms of technology and engineering. Since 1997, Michael has managed construction and RE development projects with an investment volume of approximately EUR 400 million

At greenwaves Michael is responsible for project costing and implementation.

Chris Effah

Chris is a lawyer by training who moved into real estate and technology in 2013

Since then, Chris has helped building start-ups in Berlin and London, with exit stories including Moody's and MRI Software

Chris has led teams which have introduced new technologies at organisations such as Blackstone Real Estate, Bayern LB and Union Investment

At greenwaves, Chris is responsible for business development, sales and fundraising
