Managing Director, Business Development

Chris Effah

Chris is a lawyer by training who transitioned into real estate and technology in 2013.

Since then, he has helped to build and scale start-ups in Berlin and London, contributing to successful exits to companies such as Moody’s and MRI Software.

Chris has led teams that introduced and implemented innovativions to organisations, including Blackstone Real Estate, BayernLB, and Union Investment.

At Greenwaves, he oversees business development, sales, and fundraising.

Managing Director, Project Delivery

Michael Weise

Dipl. Ing. Michael holds a degree in civil engineering from the Technical University of Dresden, one of the global TOP100 universities in terms of technology and engineering. Since 1997, Michael has managed construction and RE development projects with an investment volume of approximately EUR 400 million

At greenwaves Michael is responsible for the project delivery.

Finance Lead / Project Controller

Evgenia Weise

Evgenia holds a degree in Economics from the Technical University of Dresden, one of the leading universities in Europe for technology and applied sciences. Since 2012, she has gained experience in financial management and project controlling, including roles in construction cost control at LTG AG Lauenburgische Treuhand Group and freelance project controlling at SEERIA RENOVA.

At SEERIA RENOVA Evgenia is responsible for project controlling and financial oversight.

Senior Advisor, Project Structuring

Andreas Hardt

Since 2001, Andreas has built a distinguished career in global real estate investment and asset management. He has held senior leadership roles such as Head of Germany at Oxford Properties Group, Blackstone PM Germany, and Valad Europe. Earlier in his career, he served in leadership positions at Goldman Sachs, Alpha Real Capital, and Deka Immobilien, managing multi-billion Euro real estate portfolios across Europe.

At Greenwaves, Andreas acts as a Senior Advisor, supporting the team with strategic expertise in real estate investment, finance, and project structuring.

IDENTIFICATION OF BEST-IN-NICHE Solutions: We identify best-in-NICHE products as the demands of construction projects varies highly. When identifying the “right product” we also take into account the financing and project delivery.

MATCHING: We use our international innovation network to identify best-in-nice-products and combine these products with local delivery partners, financers and clients to build strong value chains.

PROJECT DELIVERY: We deliver the project in the most effective and efficient way applying the kaizen principle of continuous improvement.

SCALING: We host regular online and in-person-events to showcase each project’s successes, learnings and to communicate best practices to their partner network.
